Christine Pasache
Founder, Prime Contractor License School
Christine Pasache is the Founder of Prime Contractor License School (PCLS), established in 2017 to provide construction professionals with the education and structure needed to succeed within the standards of the California Contractors State License Board and the broader construction industry.
With a family legacy spanning nearly 30 years in construction, Christine gained firsthand experience in the operational and structural challenges contractors face. After becoming involved in the family business, she identified that operating as a sole proprietorship limited growth, efficiency, and long-term wealth-building potential. She advocated for incorporation as a strategy to better leverage time, protect assets, and create scalability.
Despite early resistance, Christine proved her approach by helping other contractors successfully restructure their businesses. In 2017, her family formally incorporated their construction company—solidifying a turning point that would also lead to the creation of PCLS.
Recognizing that many contractors lacked access to clear, reliable guidance on licensing and business structure, Christine founded PCLS to bridge that gap. The program goes beyond exam preparation, equipping students with knowledge in licensing, classifications, compliance, and foundational business strategy.
Her mission is to help contractors transition from skilled laborers to licensed business owners—positioned to build sustainable companies, support their families, and create generational wealth. PCLS remains a family-owned business dedicated to strengthening the construction community through education, structure, and long-term vision.
